## Design Request Intake Workflow

This workflow handles new design requests from a web form.

### Steps:
1. **Webhook**: Receives POST data (project_name, email, description).
2. **Validation**: Checks if critical fields exist.
3. **Client Check**: Looks up client in Airtable.
4. **Create Client**: If new, adds them to Airtable.
5. **Project Board**: Creates a card in Trello.
6. **Notifications**: Slacks the team and emails the client.

### Setup:
- Configure Airtable Base ID and Table ID.
- Set Trello List ID.
- Add SMTP and Slack credentials.
