Low Stock Alert System

## Setup Instructions
1. **API Config**: Configure 'Fetch Inventory' with your eCommerce API endpoint.
2. **Thresholds**: Adjust 'Filter Low Stock' (currently < 10).
3. **Slack**: Connect your Slack account and ensure the channel `#purchasing-alerts` exists.
4. **Google Sheets**: Create a sheet for logging discontinued items if needed, or remove that branch.

**Logic:**
- Fetches all items.
- Filters for low stock.
- Splits into batches.
- Checks if item is discontinued.
- If ACTIVE: Sends alert to Slack.
- If DISCONTINUED: Logs to Sheets (no alert).
