1. 📥 On form submission
Type: Form Trigger
Purpose: Captures uploaded documents from users.
Label: “Document OCR”
What to Stick:

“Receives uploaded document from user to begin OCR processing.”
2. ⬆️ Upload to Mistral
Type: HTTP Request
Method: POST to https://api.mistral.ai/v1/files
Auth: HTTP Header Auth
What to Stick:

“Sends uploaded document to Mistral for OCR file hosting.”
3. 🔗 Get Signed URL
Type: HTTP Request
Purpose: Retrieves a temporary signed URL from Mistral to access the uploaded file.
What to Stick:

“Gets secure download URL from Mistral for the uploaded document.”
4. 🧠 Get OCR Results
Type: HTTP Request
Purpose: Sends signed URL to Mistral OCR API to extract text content.
What to Stick:

“Calls Mistral OCR with signed document URL to extract data.”
5. 🧹 Data cleaning
Type: Code Node (JavaScript)
Purpose:

Parses OCR text
Extracts structured fields like Patient Name, Diagnosis, Medications, etc.
Handles multi-record documents.
What to Stick:
“Processes raw OCR text into structured patient records for sheet entry.”
6. 📄 Google Sheets
Type: Google Sheets Append
Target: Medical Records → “Patients” sheet
Purpose: Writes cleaned data into the spreadsheet.
What to Stick:
Make a copy [Google sheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jRNGNrHAFnvNAAnCHW0vM2784GxIPolzT4x_rFWZRvU/edit?usp=sharing)

“Appends cleaned patient data to the Google Sheet.”

File Field: Named Document in form
Important Fields Extracted:
Name, DOB, Patient ID, Diagnosis, Medications, Lab Results, Notes, etc.
