   - Verify workspace permissions

3. **Slack**:
   - Create Slack app with bot permissions
   - Add OAuth scopes: channels:write, chat:write, users:read.email

4. **Email (SMTP)**:
   - Configure SMTP credentials for internal notifications
   - Update recipient email address
