Server Health Monitor with PagerDuty Escalation

## Setup Instructions
1. **Configure Ping Server**: Change the URL to your server's health endpoint.
2. **PagerDuty**: Add your API Token and Routing Key in the 'Trigger PagerDuty' node.
3. **Slack**: Connect your Slack account to log successful checks (optional, can be removed to reduce noise).

**Logic**: If the HTTP Request fails or returns a non-200 status code, PagerDuty is triggered.
