Server Health Monitor with PagerDuty Escalation

## Setup Instructions
1. **Define Servers**: Edit the 'Define Servers' Code node to list your actual server URLs.
2. **Credentials**: Add your PagerDuty API Token and Slack Token.
3. **Service ID**: In the PagerDuty node, replace `PAGERDUTY_SERVICE_ID` with your actual Service ID.
4. **Slack Channel**: Update the channel name in the Slack nodes.

This workflow loops through a list of servers, checks their HTTP status, and triggers an incident if not 200 OK.
