The Recap AI - Lovable Calorie App Backend

## Calorie Tracker Backend Food Analysis
1. The trigger is setup to start this workflow when a webhook is received. Each time the lovable app uploads a meal, it will fire off an HTTP POST request to this webhook.
2. After a valid request is received, the `analyze_image` node is going to take the image given to us and pass it off to the Open AI Vision API along with a prompt to analyze the nutritional contents.
3. After the analysis is finished, we are going to take those results and run a short LLM prompt against it in the `extract_results` node to format the nutritional data in a JSON format that our lovable app is going to understand.
5. Finally, we will take that formatted data and return it as JSON for our lovable calorie tracker app to display to the user.
