## 🛠️ How to use TimePilot Agent (WhatsApp Calendar Assistant)

✅ Prerequisites
-WhatsApp Business Cloud account
-Google Calendar connected in n8n
-OpenAI API Key (GPT-4 or GPT-3.5)
-A verified phone number in Meta Developer Portal
-Meta App created and approved (for messages access)
-n8n running with a webhook accessible from Meta
-TimePilot Workflow imported into n8n

🧩 STEP 1 – Create a Meta App
Go to https://developers.facebook.com/apps

Click Create App → Type: Business
Add WhatsApp Product
Add your verified phone number
Save your Phone Number ID and WhatsApp Business Account ID

🔑 STEP 2 – Add WhatsApp Product
In your Meta App → Add product → Select WhatsApp

Generate a test token or configure permanent access token
Note your Access Token, and Business Account ID

🔁 STEP 3 – Configure Webhook (n8n)
Copy your n8n webhook URL (e.g. https://yourn8n.com/webhook/timepilot)

In Meta Dashboard → WhatsApp → Webhooks
Add webhook → Paste your n8n webhook URL
Subscribe to the following fields:

-management
-messaging

🔐 STEP 4 – Setup Token in n8n Credentials
Go to n8n → Credentials → HTTP Basic Auth / OAuth2 / Bearer Token

Add Meta API Token for WhatsApp module
Add Google Calendar OAuth2 credential

🧠 STEP 5 – Add OpenAI API Key
Go to n8n → Credentials → OpenAI

Paste your API key
Choose GPT-3.5 or GPT-4

🧱 STEP 6 – Modules connected in the TimePilot Agent
📅 Create Event → Handles creation of new Google Calendar events

✏️ Update Event → Changes existing events (title, time, etc.)

🗑 Delete Event → Removes an event

🔍 Search Event → Checks availability or lists upcoming events

💬 WhatsApp Cloud → Sends reply with confirmation or schedule

🤖 OpenAI Chat Model → Interprets the user’s message

🧠 Memory (optional) → Maintains past request context

🧪 STEP 7 – Test It!
Send a message via WhatsApp to your connected number:

“Create a meeting with Anna at 4pm tomorrow”

n8n will process the request and return:

“✅ Your event has been created.”
