## 8FF-PRIME Master-Bot Router

**Architektur:**
- 1 Bot, 4-5 Persona-Modes (sales/ops/coach/marketing/[trading-dormant])
- Webhook → Normalize → Classify → State-Upsert → Switch → LLM → WAHA-Send
- Postgres: prime_conversations table (channel, chat_id, persona_mode, history JSONB)

**LLM-Routing (Rule 31):**
- Default: qwen-coder-32b-abliterated (LiteLLM Tower:4000)
- Coach: deepseek-r1-32b-laptop (reasoning)
- NIE OpenAI/Anthropic-direct

**WAHA-Channels:**
- waha-1 → customer (PdH +49 176 23917907)
- waha-2 → ops (Gh0st_R00t +49 176 62254741)

**Pre-deploy:**
1. CREATE TABLE prime_conversations (siehe SQL-Migration)
2. WAHA-instances configure webhook → /webhook/waha-1-prime + /webhook/waha-2-prime
3. LITELLM_MASTER_KEY in n8n-env
